-Eggs (poached, scrambled or fried)

-Quiche (Choose between smoked salmon, asparagus, bacon or spinach)

-Grilled Meat choices (Choose 2 of the following; Bacon, Turkey Bacon, Sausages)

-Frittata (seasonal vegetables)

-Grilled Vegetables (Choose 2 of the following: Grilled Mushrooms, tomatoes or crispy fried Spanish potatoes)

-Fresh Natural yogurt with berries and granola

-Avocado Toast (on grilled sourdough with red pepper seasoning)

-Pancakes (Choose an American Buttermilk pancake or French Crepe served with maple syrup, fresh berry Coulis, Nutella, lemon and sugar)

-Waffles (Classic Waffle station served with whipped cream, berries, maple syrup, Nutella and cinnamon sugar

-Chicken and Bacon Waffle (Crispy fried chicken and applewood smoked bacon served with spiced honey butter or maple syrup

-Eggs Benedict (with Smoked Salmon, Canadian bacon, or sliced ham)

-Pastry Basket (Selection of mini French pastries)

-Warm Sourdough Baguette (served with butter and a selection of jam and honey)

-Tomato Caprese Salad with grilled California Peaches

-Sydney Caesar Salad (crispy smoked bacon and egg crumble)

-Mixed Berry Salad with baby Arugula. Goats cheese crumble and Caramelized Pecans, Balsamic Vinaigrette 

-Seared Atlantic Salmon, Asparagus, and a Tomato Moroccan Dressing.

-BBQ Tri-Tip Steak with Roasted vine-ripened tomatoes and crispy parmesan potatoes
