CHEFS & COOKS
Basic knife skills and knowledge of cooking proteins is a requirement. Will train in all other areas of cooking and private catering.
SERVERS
Minimum 1-2 years experience in restaurant or catering service.
*Must be 21+ to serve.
BARTENDERS
Minimum 1-2 years experience in bartending. Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails.
*Must be 21+ to serve.
All staff must have a valid California Food Handler Certificate.
