Having Chef John cook for us in our home was a very special treat. From the decadent escargot to the perfectly raised soufflé, no detail was left out. Second only to the food is the incredible value and the fact I don't have to do the dishes! We've dined with Chef John twice and will keep him coming back for special occasions and random Wednesdays alike, just as long as he keep bringing Mary's amazing bread!

I partnered with John and his team for an event I was coordinating. Chefs arrived on time to my clients event, provided excellent service and the food was spectacular. OC Private Chef's is my first choice for a private chef experience and I recommend John and his team VERY highly.
I saw a post about Chef John, his sous chef Mary and Ocprivatechefs.com a few weeks ago. Hired him for a private business dinner at my home for a party of 12 this last Monday. Had people who flew in from Florida and Arizona. He was beyond impressive with the meal and appetizers. His personality and demeanor are delightful. I will be using him again.
I know someone mentioned it before (which is why I found out about him), but Chef John at orangecountyprivatechefs.com just catered our family Easter Brunch and it was nothing short of fantastic. He was so accommodating and easy to work with on the menu, and the food was creative and delicious. I have already engaged him for another event. I just wanted to give him a shout out both for his business and because its hard to find the right people to help de-stress holidays.
